Devon Guild Online Craft Shop - Purchase and Delivery Information  
 


1a. Delivery 


We aim to dispatch goods (within UK only) within 3-5 working days. All items will be appropriately and expertly wrapped by professionally trained staff with full care taken to ensure your item reaches you safely. All orders will be posted using Royal Mail Special Delivery and are fully insured to the value of the piece. They will also be fully tracked and will need to be signed for upon delivery. Please contact us within 3 workings days of delivery if your item arrives damaged or broken. We will be happy to offer a refund or exchange upon return of the damaged item. Postage costs for all items will be according to weight brackets and location of the delivery (which includes UK, UK islands and highlands, Europe and rest of world).

b. Heavy oversized items over 20kg will be flagged up.

Postage/delivery can be agreed separately with the buyer. On-line items will either include and state costs for Courier Delivery within the EU - or if asterixed * allow on-line payment for item only and 'CONTACT US' for separate delivery and postage payments (or a complete phone transaction) arranged with the customer. If you are unable to be at home, please advise us of an address that will receive the goods on your behalf.




2. Orders and Returns


We believe that you will be delighted with your purchase, but there may be occasions where you feel it necessary to return an item. We aim to keep the process as simple as possible. You can return your order in its original condition to:

Please do this within 7 working days of the date on which you receive it. You will be responsible for the item or items until they reach us. We regret we are unable to accept returned earrings due to hygiene reasons. For your own protection we suggest you use a secure delivery method which requires a signature upon delivery.

If you return an item to us that is faulty, which you did not order or for any other reason which is our fault, we will also pay you the cost of the return postage. Please contact us regarding any damages to the purchased item within 3 working days of the date on which you receive it. 

 



3. Payment Methods


All major credit and debit cards are accepted and are treated with discretion. The prices displayed on our website are in British pounds sterling but conversion rates can be viewed using the shopping cart facility.

On-line transactions are via the secure portals Paypal and Sagepay.



4. Pricing


Prices shown on the product pages are the retail prices for the products only. The packing and postage cost will be calculated at the final check out basket total. This will include insurance and VAT.
